NYNEX Change Card
Very rare non-lighted L31 enclosure branded with the NYNEX "Change Card Phone". These phones were designed for NYNEX and cost the company allot. They were a big flop and most were removed and destroyed. These were used primarily in Manhattan. Change cards with many different NYC themes were offered. You can see from the last picture how people used the regular payphones and not these.
